Our services
Super friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean and well appointed rooms, we had the 2 bedroom and it was very spacious with a great balcony. A 180’ view of the lake. Thermal bath was very good, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. Would definitely recommend.
Such a lovely place. It was clean, with direct access to the tepid pool on site and just a short walk to the two hot tubs and a viewing platform to the lake and mountains. Our host was extraordinary - friendly, helpful, kind and we felt more like family than guests.
Fabulous place to recover from jet lag with a private mineral hot tub in our room. Close to Taupo but not too close to town centre. Would recommend to anyone wanting a chilled out stay in a clean ,friendly, comfortable environment with easy access to the lakefront.
We stayed here for week and had a room with a thermal pool. It was delightful and the staff were incredible and super helpful. The rooms are sized well and very comfortable. The thermal baths are fantastic - we used it every day we stayed. 10/10 would stay again.
